- Kuantan Port 100 acre, estimated USD300 Million (in progress). – JDC Malaysia is also in talk with Pahang State Government on the joint venture to setup the first Halal Port next to existing Kuantan Port. This Halal Port will be solely used by JDC group of companies.
- JDC’s subsidiary ie Joint Development Capital (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd joint ventured with Sarawak Government to spearhead the 300acre Halal Hub in Port Tanjung Manis. With existing infrastructure, Port Tanjung Manis will be the main source of seafood ie deep sea fishing to contribute to JDC seafood supplying to the markets mainly China, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Japan. The coming plan for Port Tanjung Manis is to build Oil Storage Tank on the remaining 1000 acre of land.
